Last weekend Washington went into New York and swept the Mets.. This weekend New York is looking to do the same at Washington.. The Mets are now 10-13 on the year and sitting in last place in the NL East 5.5 games behind Washington who is 16-8 with a 4 game lead over the Phillies who are sitting 2nd behind the Nationals..
Noah Syndergaard is 1-1 on the year facing Joe Ross 1-0 with a 6.17 ERA as the Mets look to take all 3 games at Washington without Cespedes or Duda in the lineup... Conforto was the star in yesterdays win with 2 Home Runs 3 Hits and 3 Runs Batted In....

After getting swept by Washington at home the Banged-Up Mets find themselves in 4th place in the NL East behind the Phillies .. New York has lost 3 straight series and 8 out of their last 10 games and currently on another 0-4 run heading into Tuesdays game vs the last place Braves...

It took over 924 days but in only took 4 innings to spoil the return of Zach Wheeler as the Marlins scored 5 runs with 6 hits off Zach on a chilly April night at Citi Field. The Mets scored 1st but the Marlins took the lead in the 2nd inning and never looked back.. Cespedes did go deep in the 8th but that was not enough to chase down the Fish who won 7-2.. Its no surprise to see North Carolina going to the Final 4 but it was a long shot to see the Gamecocks make it for the first time...
Gonzaga and South Carolina will make their first Final 4 appearance and Oregon their first since 1939.. The Tar Heels will face the Ducks and The Gamecocks play Gonzaga so one of these teams will play in the title game for the first time..
After watching 2 blowouts Saturday, Sunday's games kept you on the edge of your seat to the final seconds... The favorites went 1-2-1 ATS and only 1 game went over the total...

Gonzaga lead by 10 at the half and never looked back as they covered the 8 point spread and mauled Xavier 83-59.. The Zags are the 1st team from the WCC since 1957 to reach the Final 4 and are 2 wins away from a National Title.. Gonzaga will face the winner of South Carolina/Florida which tips off at 2:20 today..
The Ducks who were a 7 point underdog dominated Kansas in Kansas City without one of their best players 74-60.. Hitting amazing 3 point shots throughout the game Oregon is headed to their first Final 4 since 1939. Kansas pulled within 6 points late in the game but the Ducks answered quickly with a key rebound that turned the momentum around.. Oregon awaits the winner of the Kentucky/North Carolina game..
